Socialist Message: Life is Unfair, More Government is the Answer!

Clueless Socialists have no idea how Capitalism

By John Shoemaker

Rent is too expensive. Solution: rent control. No matter that it worsens the problem.

Transportation is too expensive. Solution: make buses and trains free. But how is it paid for?

In Europe, air conditioning is hurting the environment and is bad for your sinuses. Result: in France alone during a summer heat wave, 1,000+ die (mostly the elderly).

Obamacare is too expensive; healthcare is already highly regulated. The solution? Make it free. Problem: Who pays for it? Does government regulation make it more effective?

Colleges/Universities are too expensive: Make them free. Problem: bloated administrations reduce focus on teachers/learning. Does anyone believe teachers’ unions are doing a good job educating our kids? The fact is that our measurable performance for nearly all grades has been declining for years, and they focus on socialist/liberal ideas.

The Socialist Platform also includes reduce/close prisons and police, confiscate private property, including businesses, open borders to allow anyone in the country without review, increase taxes and create new taxes for the rich, for those who own homes, extra tax on the wealthy, transfer taxes when selling property, higher death and gift taxes, higher income and sales taxes, taxing savings accounts, and higher capital gains taxes whether earned or unearned, green climate programs to restrict use of oil & gas.

Even with the above, the list is much longer. You must investigate the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) and the Communist Party to understand the full extent of the complete upheaval of our society, government institutions, and laws.

Worse than all of the above, Socialists want to deconstruct our government by removing the Constitution (yes, it's true), eliminating or restricting all the Courts, approving of selective discrimination, gender change for children, substantially reducing our military, and creating a One-Party System.

Don’t believe this?

Are you naïve or just don’t care? Oblivious?

It is happening.

Mayor Mamdani, the Muslim Socialist of New York City, has gained enormous support from liberal women, antisemites, illegal aliens, immigrants, Muslims, and others who are on welfare, SNAP, homeless, people with few skills, little education, or ambition.

Mamdani is now introducing a number of policies to support a pure-play Socialist form of governance: government-owned grocery stores, “pied-a-terre” tax increases on second homes, raiding pension funds, increasing other city taxes, including the congestion tax and corporate taxes, with more on the way.

Note: supporters in NYC number in the millions.  20% of NYC residents receive SNAP benefits. 70% of residents are either unemployed, Muslims (1.5 million alone), on welfare, illegal aliens, or are foreign-born.

Worse: we know that Muslims do not assimilate well with America’s culture and are, instead, committed to changing our culture to be an Islamic caliphate with Sharia Law.

It would not be a stretch to say these people do not care much about formal education. Muslims are focused almost exclusively on studying the Koran, not Capitalism.

What we are seeing today is massive fraud across nearly all government programs, including healthcare/hospital/, medicines, NGOs, education, welfare, and virtually all government agencies. Hundreds of billions are being lost to individual and organizational greed and outright theft. It seems the government simply cannot control the use of massive amounts of funding or even consider enforcing rules with accountability.

This is clearly the result of big government gone mad.

While Capitalism relies on market forces to direct investment, Socialism relies on government bureaucrats to decide the use and flow of funds. This results in a disaster.

Capitalism also relies on meritocracy to ensure efficiency. The concept relies on rewarding those who perform. Otherwise, Socialism is blind toward performance and invites mediocrity.

Now, in the USA, consider what is causing the current strife:

·       Illegal aliens get more benefits than American citizens

·       Many of the activist socialists/Marxists hate Israel more than Trump

·       DTS against Trump is based on his autocratic style, while not being an autocrat

·       Crime is a serious problem in sanctuary cities, with felons allowed to evade prison time and freed via no cash bail.

·       By freezing rents and raising property taxes, apartments will deteriorate, lowering their value. As it worsens, it makes it more likely that the government can buy the properties at fire-sale prices, resulting, in effect, in the confiscation of private property via taxation and a rent freeze.

·       Increased taxation in sanctuary cities/states drives successful people to leave. Worse, entire companies leave to avoid financial discrimination or ruin. All companies must be competitive in the free market. This will reduce available tax revenue, forcing even higher taxes on remaining residents. This is happening across nearly all the Blue States from CA, WA, OR, to IL, NY, NJ, and MA. Companies that left their Blue States include Boeing, SpaceX, Tesla, Raytheon, and major commercial, financial, and technology companies.

·       Socialists say Capitalism is unfair and creates rich people because they are successful. No matter that the rich took risks when others would not, invested their hard-earned money and worked hard when others would not, and may be viewed as rich even as they hold paper stock (not cash), their success was based on innovation that benefits the markets they serve. It is a matter of those who create and contribute vs. those who don’t and expect to share in others' riches.

Still, the Islamic and Socialist movements will continue to expand, like a cancer that is being ignored by many Americans. Voter turnout is incredibly low, which allows these extremists to take advantage of such lethargy/apathy.

The outlook is difficult to assess, but the consequences are substantial, even catastrophic. It would end our past and current way of life for a proven model of failure that elite activists are promising would be different in their version of Socialism.

It is about bureaucratic elitists vs. innovative entrepreneurs; DEI/WOKE vs. meritocracy; free markets vs. a centralized economy; personal freedoms vs. government rules; individual pursuit of happiness vs. collectivism, and the rule of law vs. liberal social justice.

What say you?

By the Way, here is an example of just one politician (there are so many in CA and across the Blue and Red States) in California: Rich, Hypocritical, Fake, Arrogant, Condescending, Elitist Trust Baby who knows better than you:

California’s Ro Khanna has emerged as a potential presidential contender, denouncing the ultra-rich who “hoard wealth and engage in financial speculation.” At the same time, the left-wing congressman and his family live a life of staggering luxury fueled by dynastic, unearned wealth and protected by the same thicket of trusts and anonymous corporations that Khanna condemns, the Free Beacon‘s Andrew Kerr reports.

Khanna lives in a $6 million luxury home with a four-story elevator and so much high-end marble that even the home’s two laundry rooms have marble countertops. But he’s moving on up to a nearly $10 million home near the exclusive Virginia private school that his two young children attend. The Khanna kids have large ownership shares in three private golf clubs and a significant stake in a $65 billion wealth management firm focused on distressed debt. Khanna’s wife drives a $190,000 Range Rover—and was so displeased with it that she sued the dealer, alleging that the car was irreparable, records show.
