The Democrat Party’s DOJ Abetted Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell Through Deliberate Inaction.
The January 30, 2026 release of the Epstein files has revealed a chilling reality. Hundreds of pages in that massive disclosure pertain to alleged criminal activity and victim abuse that occurred during the full eight years of the Democrat Party’s Obama-Biden administration.
This was never a legal impossibility.
The so-called 2008 Florida plea deal - formally the Non-Prosecution Agreement signed on September 24, 2007 by then-U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta in the Southern District of Florida - was narrowly confined to the Southern District of Florida and applied only to offenses already under investigation there. It granted no nationwide immunity. It never bound any other federal district. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York or elsewhere possessed full authority to act at any moment.
The Democrat Party’s Obama-Biden Department of Justice simply refused to use it.
While that same DOJ poured vast resources into investigating alleged Russian election interference and Director James Comey’s supposed scrutiny of Hillary Clinton’s illegal private email server, Epstein and Maxwell operated with impunity.
Maxwell, Epstein’s chief recruiter and operative, went completely untouched by federal authorities for the entire period. Hundreds of pages now document the human cost of that choice - new victims allegedly suffering while politics took precedence over justice.
We owe a profound debt of gratitude to the Republican Party’s Trump administration for doing what the Democrat Party’s Obama-Biden administration would not.
Its Department of Justice took Epstein and Maxwell off the streets with federal sex-trafficking indictments on July 6, 2019 and July 2, 2020, finally bringing an end to their sick decades-long criminal rampage - the very threat Donald Trump had personally warned Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter about back in July 2006.
The contrast could not be starker.
One party had the power, the evidence, and the moral duty - yet chose inaction that indirectly abetted the monsters.
The other delivered long-overdue accountability.
The files do not lie. When the safety of the vulnerable was on the line, the Democrat Party’s Obama-Biden DOJ looked the other way.
