Conversations with Democrats: “Why Trump Derangement Continues and forecasts of his success”

Speaking to Diehard Democrats who still hate Trump for everything he does, and even wish him to be assassinated, I will try to address the reality of it all.
Those Democrats I spoke to come from CA, NY, MA, TX, and even FL. They are relentless in opposition to everything the administration does, even if it makes total sense and is in everyone’s best interests. Many will admit that they supported some of Trump’s actions, but cannot admit to it now.
The hatred, and I must describe it as pure, irrepressible hatred, that I am sure you have heard includes the Democrats describing Trump as being an existential threat to Democracy, disrespecting the Constitution, who breaks laws, acts like a King or Dictator, or the ultimate curse, like Hitler.
I asked what laws Trump has broken. Here is the exchange:
Democrat: “Attempting to obstruct the peaceful transfer of power on January 6th isn’t just an ethical failure; it led to criminal referrals for obstruction and conspiracy.”
Shoe: Oh, so we are going back 4 years. I agree Jan 6 was a one-day massive protest that got out of control by passionate wrongdoers who paid a terrible price. But Trump did not break the law. No. Did he exercise poor judgment? Maybe. Over a thousand protesters went to jail. By comparison, not to justify either of the events, but for 6 months, the Left-Liberal Dems went crazy and burned major US cities, causing a Billion $$ in damage, and murdered two dozen people. No one was sent to jail.
Democrat: “Pressuring election officials to “find votes” in Georgia is potentially a violation of state and federal election law.
Shoe: Not different than most politicians, Dem and Republican, do in close elections who are scouring votes. I remember the hanging chads of Florida. Again, no law broken.
Democrat: Refusing to return classified documents after being subpoenaed, and allegedly directing staff to move or hide them, led to charges under the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice. Whether or not these lead to convictions, the actions themselves violate the principles of executive accountability.
Shoe: This, to me, is the biggest act of nonsense by Biden. As we know, all Presidents keep such documents. Biden did too, only in his garage. We learned the FBI took the docs and displayed them in a way to make Trump look careless. Also, the docs were in a secure place under Secret Service protection. Again, Trump did nothing wrong or illegal. But I recognize your disappointment, and you believe he is guilty anyway. There is one view that the reason for the nighttime invasion of Trump’s home was to find incriminating documents against Hillary or Biden. Hmmmm.
Democrat: You keep bringing up Biden, who isn’t even in office anymore, as if that excuses Trump’s conduct. It doesn’t. If a future Democratic president takes power and acts like Trump—attacks the judiciary, demands loyalty oaths, threatens to jail political opponents, defies Congress, and promises to be a dictator on day one—I hope you remember this conversation. Because if you excuse it now, you lose the moral ground to object later.
Shoe: Dictator? Really? In context, Trump was saying, when asked, that for ONE DAY he will be a dictator and close our borders. But the exaggeration by liberal media survives. Attacks the judiciary?? He does not accept judges who do not respect and act upon the laws. We now have a situation where Judges break the laws. Worse, for the first time we have multiple judges making nationwide edicts to counter decisions of our Executive. As for loyalty, all Presidents and leaders expect loyalty, especially after having been stabbed in the back politically for years. The Democrats tried to strip him and his family of everything and put him in jail.
Threatens jail??? How can you say that about Trump, who was relentlessly threatened, charged, a victim of hoaxes, fake news, fake charges, vitriol, home invasion, two insane and politically motivated impeachments, and more over the last decade? What the heck has Trump done against his political opponents? Did he try to jail Hillary or Pelosi- the most obvious ones for him to go after? Anyone from the 2020 election?
Look what Biden and the Dems tried to do. They spied on his campaign, jailed many for bogus reasons, and launched 17 investigations, spent nearly $75 Million trying to search and convict Trump of anything in any way possible. It was the greatest lawfare effort in history. Then the NY lawsuit where they invented charges that are not against the law but created novel charges for an anti-Trump jury in left-liberal NY. All bogus. The one about exaggerating the value of his properties to Banks is the most silly, stupid, and politically unfounded, let alone a fake lawsuit. He will win the appeal.
Now, how would I criticize Trump?
The way he has introduced the Tariff strategy was not done well from a communication standpoint, creating more volatility than necessary. Although some believe that by creating unpredictable behavior actually strengthens his bargaining position.
He could have pursued the Tariff discussions with the top five traders: India, Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Korea, more privately to limit anxiety. But who is to say that it was best to create this uncertainty, anxiety, and unpredictability? Yes, stock markets don’t like uncertainty, but maybe this time it was best.
He ignored the impact on Wall Street and his enemies, who describe the tariffs as a nuclear debacle and beat the FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) drums loudly. This may be a serious risk and it could be the game changer for the USA with an enormous win.
I don't like how he treated Canada.
I worry about his treatment of Mexico, as I do think we should have a joint military operation to take down the cartels. We should launch a drone war against the cartels.
I certainly wish he would stop all the name-calling and the open warfare with the media, even as the media has been unprofessional, incompetent, and biased. The problem is exacerbated by false virtue signaling by Democrats.
7. It is true that COVID created an earthquake for humanity with alarming numbers of people dying from a lab-grown disease. Trump spent billions on his Warp Speed program to bypass typical drug development to deliver a vaccine. To some degree, he was successful. But there were sacrifices made for those under 25 years of age, for school children, and others. The lies, deceit, and misinformation was criminal.
Now let’s look at Biden/Harris:
COVID was made worse by Biden beginning in 2020 when he suspended many of our civil rights: we were restricted to our homes, could not go outside to beaches or parks, could not attend church, or show up for citizens jobs. Big box stores, lottery ticket sales at liquor stores, and sex/entertainment bars were allowed to stay open for some reason (tax money for govt). It was extremely authoritarian and against our Constitution on many grounds.
Trump talks about fake news. Many think that is an exaggeration but it is clear the broadcast media and cable are squarely biased against Trump. As of March, 2025, 96% of news reporting of Trump is negative, as if he does nothing positive. Yet the bias in favor of Biden is remarkable.
Do you remember these problems created by Biden/Harris:
Worst inflation at over 9%
Worst invasion and war since WWII in Europe by inviting Russia to a "minor incursion"
Worst retreat from war since ever in Afghanistan
Worst gas increase in prices in decades
Worst border security and invasion of illegal aliens ever
Terrible assault on our individual freedoms during COVID
Terrible increase in homelessness and crime in our major cities
Terrible focus on illegal discrimination and social justice with WOKE/DEI/Race/Illegal alien policies
Approving and enabling sex changes for children, and bringing priority focus to LGBTQA+ activists
Establishing a disdain for maintaining a meritocracy
Terrible decline in educational performance with lower grades each year
Scandal-ridden administration with influence peddling, tax evasion, and money laundering by the Biden family and the issues of the DOJ/FBI and Hunter’s laptop.
Government/DOJ/FBI sponsored lawfare against a political opponent.
Another massive increase in Fed Govt spending that we learn now included breathtaking corruption
Yet none of the above was a major concern of the media as perpetrated by the Democratic Party and the Executive Branch of the Biden Administration. One might understand why Trump would react to a fake, biased news organizations with a clear narrative to work against him for over a decade.
As for allowing activist judges ignore the rule of law, this should be expected as Biden ignored the laws on many levels: immigration law, lawfare against Trump, bypassing SCOTUS rulings against forgiveness of college loans, all the violations of freedoms during COVID, tax law, using the FBI to violate freedom of speech with monitoring social media for individual citizens who may be arrested, for arresting and jailing anti-abortionists, even if they were just reading the bible outside a clinic, and more.
All of this emboldens activist, liberal judges to harbor fugitives, allow them to escape prosecution, or ignore the authority of the Executive Branch to deport criminals/fugitives/terrorists.
Please tell me how Trump is violating the Constitution. SCOTUS will rule shortly on appeals. I am sure he will win most of them, as it is in the Constitution as to his rightful authority as President.
As for the claims that America is under siege by Oligarchs, tell me more about Democrat billionaires like Soros, Bloomberg, Hoffman, Moritz and so many more at this link: Who are Joe Biden’s top 10 biggest billionaire donors?.
Tell me about Trump and Musk taking no salary but trying to stop the corruption of liberal agencies using NGOs to funnel $$millions$$ to Democrat candidates.
Democrats are so right: no one is above the law, and that applies to Attorney Generals like Letitia James, Sanctuary cities that flaunt Federal laws, and to errant judges who break the law with felonies, from Texas to Illinois. However, they have a great example to follow: the Biden crime family.
Trump will initiate a comprehensive reset in global trade, implementing massive adjustments in tariffs to foster free and fair trade. This will impact America by reshoring industries, restructuring supply chains and logistics, while making a generational shift in manufacturing. Past efforts in support of Globalism must end, and America must focus on creating massive investments in the U.S. by businesses to bring back industrialization with advanced capabilities in manufacturing, energy, transportation, computing, and IT/software.
With China, not only do we need to stop the taxing of Americans with their cheap products and high tariffs on American goods, but also open their closed market for selective American goods while protecting American intellectual property, stopping manipulation of their currency, sponsoring espionage and supporting cyber-attacks, and the drug trade with fentanyl.
Lastly, Americans voted for all the above MAGA Moves. Trump is using his power and authority given to the office by the Constitution, and will be supported by SCOTUS and Congress.
I do thank God that after the first 100 days, Kamala/Walz were not elected.
Now to forecast the future:
MAGA PERFORMANCE...My Forecast...As of May 1, 2025
It was a short two weeks ago that I wrote this in response to negative criticism of Trump policies: Closing the border, Tariffs, China, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Peace making, Taxes, and more.
Specifically, I forecasted then and now...TRUMP WILL...
My FORECAST:
1. SCOTUS will issue orders supporting Trump on multiple cases by July.
2. Trump will also win remaining court cases against him brought by the Biden Admin.
3. Latitia James will be in court to defend her blatant felony crimes.
4. At least 4 countries will accept deals on tariffs in the next 3 weeks. After that more will follow each week routinely as deals are defined in detail. This includes UK, Japan, S Korea, Taiwan, India, Vietnam,and China.
5. The U.S. will NOT go into a recession, and prices will come down in 2025. The performance of the economy will be masked in the short term by the declines in Government jobs, but this will reverse with continued increases in blue and "new-collar" jobs in manufacturing and other industries.
6. The Fed will cut interest rates by June if China does not cave to our tariffs.
7. With the Mining Deal done with Ukraine, I expect that Russia will agree to a truce within the next 3-5 weeks.
8. Once Trump gets peace between Ukraine and Russia, he will be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
9. Gas prices will get close to $2.50 in the next month as we solidify our energy independence.
10. Illegal crossings of our border will be a non-issue with less than ever recorded on the Mexican border for the rest of Trump's term in office.
11. Congress will pass the "New BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL" by July.
12. While Obama deported over 3 Million people during his term without a peep from the media, Trump will deport that many or more during his term, but only after major legal lawfare action by activist judges. SCOTUS will support Trump on illegals being deported.
13. Ivy League Universities will admit to their blatant racism, antisemitism, anti-Christianity, pro-Hamas culture, and accept Trump's direction. The Courts will also support Trump's authority to cut Federal aid to these universities.
Trump will make a complete reset in global trade that will kill Globalism with a massive adjustment in tariffs to create free and fair trade. This will impact America by reshoring industries, restructuring supply chains and logistics, while making a generational shift in manufacturing. Past efforts in support of Globalism must end, and America must focus on creating massive investments in the U.S. by businesses to bring back industrialization with advanced capabilities in manufacturing, energy, transportation, computing, and IT/software.
UPDATE as of May12, 2025:
* The conflict between Pakistan and India is not new. It has been simmering for over 50 years. Trump will get them to stop. Two nuke countries battling each other is a lose-lose all around.
* America will come to appreciate the incredible contributions of Elon Musk and DOGE. Moreover, they will restart buying Tesla vehicles.
* Great opportunities in stock market investments include Nvidia, Palantir, Constellation Energy, Crowdstrike, and Amazon.
* The Dow/NASDAQ will reach all-time highs in 2025 if Congress passes the big beautiful bill. If it does not pass, the Democrats will get smashed in the mid-term elections.
* That bill will provide no tax on tips, an increase in SALT deductions to ~$40,000, and may end tax on social security payments to senior citizens. Keep in mind that with the reduction in Government employee payrolls, more people are available for jobs that contribute real value to the economy. The Government does not create value directly - only with spending your money. Moreover, reductions in force allow reductions in tax rates.
* The EU will cave and reset its own attitude towards America on taxes, drugs, technology, and energy. The debacle in Spain/Portugal with their electrical grids collapsing is exactly the reason why wind/solar/green energy is not the solution and cannot be trusted in full.
* Advancement in small mobile nuclear power stations, plus new stationary nuclear power stations, will increase dramatically over the next decade to support AI and other electric demands.
* I think Cuba is going to be a hot topic soon with a whole new strategy that will be a game changer.
* Iran will either accept a new agreement on nukes or be bombed.
* Americans will surely realize the Democrats are all about criticism, destruction, negativity, resistance, and a complete lack of ideas and solutions. It is sad to see such a broken political party in America.
